Finding and labelling participants

Filter the participants in your part of the Award, label them and download the list.

Participants has two lists. My participants holds the people you are the Award Leader of. All participants holds everyone in your part of the Award.

Filters

Choose any of the filters and select Apply filters. They all apply together. The level, Award state, Award labels and last log dates always apply to one and the same Award, so a participant who finished Bronze and is working on Silver does not match "Silver, completed". The address of the page holds your filters, so you can save it or send it to a colleague.

Labels

Select Labels on a row to put participant labels on the person, or Award labels on the Award the row shows. Your Operator defines the labels.

Download

Download CSV and Download XLSX hold every participant that matches your filters, not only the page you see. Each download is recorded in the audit log.

Searching for one person

Search in the banner finds a participant by name, email address or participant ID, and an Award Leader by name or address, if you may see Leaders. Type at least three letters. It only finds people in your part of the Award.
