Research consent
Version 1, published on 27 October 2026
Published by the Foundation
The Foundation studies how the Award helps young people, so it can make the Award better. With your agreement, your records can be part of that research.
What you agree to
- Your Award records may be used in research, with your name and contact details taken out first.
- Researchers working with the Foundation may study them. They never see who you are.
- What the research finds is published only as numbers and findings in which nobody can be picked out.
It is your choice
Saying no changes nothing about your Award.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw at any time, from your settings or by asking your Award Centre. Your records are not used in any new study after that. A study already finished cannot take them out again, but nothing in it shows who you are.
